DSA's Emerging Leadership Development Program will be multi-day semi-customized, cutting edge workshops focused on strengthening their leadership team and improving employee engagement. The multi-day program consists of four core workshops—Building a Foundation of Leadership, Improving Emotional Intelligence, Expanding Your Influence, and Communicating Effectively. TMSolutions' Mobile Manager application will also be integrated into the workshops, allowing participants to transfer classroom learning into real-world application.
