To effectively hire both internal and external candidates, interviewers must be well versed in effective interviewing techniques. The tools and documents within the kit should be used to accurately assess a candidate’s qualifications, interest, organizational fit, position fit and growth potential. In addition, all interviewers must be aware of laws and legislation that precludes certain questions during an interview.
