Below is an outline of our most popular training and development programs, Personal Effectiveness Series and Leadership Series. All programs are customized both to the organization and individual to maximize the learning and application experience.
Both programs include nine (9) hours of group workshop training and three (3) hours one-on-one live coaching for each participant over a six month period. Group workshops are three (3) hour programs. In addition to the workshop and live coaching time, each participant receives four (4) Virtual Performance Coaching with Coaching Feedback Reports.
