Our unique approach combines a state-of-art assessment process (TMSelect) and web-based self-improvement resources (Coaching and Workshop Kits) with group workshops and one-on-one Coaching (pre/post workshops) to achieve better results.  Our training and development programs help leaders and key talent improve personal effectiveness, strengthen relationships and build high performance teams over an extended engagement period of time,
not a one-time event

Below is an outline for two recommended programs.  Both programs include 14 hours of professional training and coaching services for each participant over a six month period.  Group workshops are three (3) hour programs.

*All training and development programs are customized to meet the unique needs of each client using needs assessment surveys and consultation.  In addition to these programs, we also offer stand-alone programs with our Leadership Workshops and do-it-yourself Coaching and Workshop Kits.
